Adelphi private purchase, Constitutionlawyer, won his 2nd race in a row today at Aqueduct. After taking an N2X Allowance race last month in impressive fashion he followed that up with a career high 94 beyer speed figure winning performance in today's N3X Allowance.
"Lawyer" will now be pointed to The Queens County Stakes, going 1 1/8 miles, on 12/31 at Aqueduct.
