Adelphi 2022 Claiming & Private Purchase Partnership Fund

Adelphi Partners & Friends,

After a tremendous amount of early interest from current Adelphi Racing Club partners I’m excited to make available, to non-current partners, our 2022 Claiming & Private Purchase Partnership Fund!

Adelphi has had a tremendous amount of success with these funds in the past including our last offering of this kind (the 2020 Adelphi Claiming & Private Purchase Partnership Fund) which is still active and has enjoyed a win rate of 22%, with a 44% strike rate hitting the board and earnings of well over $8K per start!  The 2020 fund enjoyed wins at the biggest race meets including three wins at Saratoga and a win out west at beautiful Santa Anita Park (taking advantage of their ship and win bonus in the process)!

Adelphi’s 2022 fund is focused on acquiring 2-3 racing age prospects via claiming races and/or private purchases

• One of the claims/purchases will focus on the higher end of the market with the goal of competing in allowance/stakes races (raising off the claim or via private buy)
• We will separately target a runner that can be aggressively spotted in claiming races with the goal of claiming to run back at low odds with a high probability to win (note we may claim and lose multiple horses)
• The third (potentially) target could fall into either category

 We will begin claiming/scouting horse in late Feb/early March and we will point to having a full stable of horses within the fund by July to ensure a maximum number of races during the 2022 Saratoga meet

Partners will vote on all claims/private purchases (this is an interactive partnership where you’ll have a say every step of the way)

 The fund will be capped at $125,000

• 5% shares are priced at $6250 (a limited number of ½ shares are available on a first come first serve basis for $3125)
• Your upfront payment will cover training expenses through September of 2022 (at a minimum)

*Note this fund is already 82.5% subscribed based on current partner commitments so we only have 3.5 shares left!

Adelphi’s fees for this partnership are:

• 10% of the upfront investment
• 10% of purse revenue
• 10% of the sale/disposition of the horses ABOVE the initial purchase/claim price
