We have assembled a team of top trainers and bloodstock agents to work the sales this Fall. Joe Migliore and Christophe Clement found this beautiful gray yearling at the Fasig Tipton New York Bred Sale. She is a physical standout and possesses a very live pedigree, making this filly is a must-have for your equine portfolio.

As a New York Bred filly, she is part of the New York State breeding program which is one of the most lucrative in the country. New York Breds can run in restricted races at every level with large purses solely for horses bred in New York. At each track, the New York Racing Association cards New York Showcase days. Most recently, the Saratoga Showcase was held on August 27 and featured six stakes with a combined $1.15 million in purse money. There are also New York Bred owner incentives offered within the state, such as owners’ awards that are available for open-company races in New York with a minimum claiming price of $30,000. She is eligible to receive an additional 10 percent of the purse money for first through third place finishes, capped at $20,000 per award.

Our Frosted filly is out of winner and producer of 7 winners Jeanne’s Honor. This is a very live page with an update since the sale. Praise and Honor, by her stakes winning half sister GOING TO KUKARO, placed in the Satin and Lace Stakes on 8/30. Her 2 year old, 3/4 sister Frosty Brew by Jeanne’s Speight, broke her maiden on debut September 9th at Laurel Park. The excitement continues under her second dam JEANNE JONES, who has proven to be a monster producer. Recent pedigree updates at Saratoga include; SEA FOAM added the Evan Shipman Stakes to his resume and 2 year old filly Waterville broke her maiden at first asking. A more recent update is Beau Liam ,Stonestreet’s precocious 2 year old and runner up in the Grade 3 Ack Ack Stakes at Churchill Downs. Her stallion, FROSTED, is from the elite TAPIT bloodline. Out of Grade 2 Cotillion Stakes winner FAST COOKIE, this stallion produced on the track, earning over $3.7 million and winning three prestigious  Grade I stakes including; the Wood Memorial, Met Mile, and The Whitney.

She is currently at Kinsman Farm in Ocala, Florida. Founded by George and Joan Steinbrenner. Kinsman is a top level facility and excellent setting to establish the foundation of her racing career over the next 6 months.
